  If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Scott Kenkel is the worst Landlord I could ever had. From having a nasty apartment, needing maintenance which never happened, to having to go to court as he wantd to make me pay for an A/C unit which was never in the premises. Worst realty company ever. Please dont rent anywhere where Scott Kenkel is the manager. Since to move in to a new property previous references are required, number for Scott was provided. A copy of his reference was provided by new property who denied the application based on his statement. This reference was full of lies and retaliation due to having lost the claim on court. I hope nobody else ends up with this company and specially Scot Kenkel as Landlord.
